The two personality tests that we took were the Big Five test and the DISC test. They were both very interesting and it was cool to see the different results that they yielded.
The Big Five test was my favorite of the two tests. I felt my results were fairly accurate and I enjoyed reading what it had to say about my personality type. Below are my results.
According to these results I am very low in extraversion and high in conscientiousness. These are accurate because I am introverted and I am a conscientious person and it was interesting to see that those results came across through my answers for the test. However, one thing that struck me was that my agreeableness was fairly low at 20%. I consider myself to have the traits described in that category. I consider myself to be good natured and sympathetic and not rude and harsh. It was interesting to see that my results told me I was the latter.
The second test was the DISC test which I also found to be interesting. Below are my results.

One thing I did not like about this test was the way that it ranked the different traits. If someone was very high in one area, by default they would have to be low in the others. According to this I am high in compliance so the other categories are much lower. For example I am very low in influence and that could have something to do with the other categories being so high.
Overall I found these tests to be beneficial so that I could learn more about myself and hopefully apply these findings to working in my future career.

Understanding that these tests may not have given you the results that you thought that you would get shows that you are self aware. You were able to recognize that even though you ranked low in a certain section, it does not mean that you show all of those traits, like being crude or harsh. It is nice to see that you are able to recognize what traits you hold, and that you did not listen to the test when it told you something different than you thought.
